Birmingham Mental Health Recovery and Employment Service (BMHRES) offers one to one recovery support and planning, in addition to educational courses which support mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

They support people to identify and build on their own strengths, enabling them to become experts in their own wellbeing and recovery. To become a member of the service you need fill out their Referral Form.

BMHRESwork with adults, over the age of 18, who are registered with a Birmingham GP and have an existing mental health diagnosis.

You can contact BMHRES directly, or speak to your GP or health professional and tell them you’d like to refer.
