Our Services

MASH develops initiatives that break isolation, build confidence and which helps avoids participants ending up in a revolving door.

 What We Do

The Mentoring & Advocacy Support Hub (MASH), previously the Peer Support Programme, was initially developed as part of the Time to Change 300 Voices Project to support young African and Caribbean men (extended to women in 2016) aged 18+ living with mental health problems in Birmingham, to build resilience and confidence to aid recovery.

Our Core

Programmes

From 2022 MASH will undergo restructuring and renewal of its core work and collaborative focus. This will include a lived experience leadership development programme, easy access to community services, and the return of the much-loved social activities.
