When and Where?
These 'Meet & Eat' events will take place monthly at various locations trying out different foods from around the world including Caribbean, Chinese, Asian, African, Mediterranean and more. See the flyer here

PLEASE NOTE: There is no charge for mental health service users. Accompanying support staff, friends or family members will be asked to donate £10.00 toward the cost of their own meal.

Meet & Eat Hardship Fund
Meal costs are free, but for attendees experiencing financial difficulties the Hardship Fund will contribute towards local travel costs.
Participants can state any travel or accessibility needs in the survey. A member of the team will then be in touch to discuss your needs.
Some General Matters
Service users unknown to Catalyst 4 Change/MASH should be accompanied by a carer or support worker.
Any charges taken by attendees will be returned to our Meet & Eat Hardship Fund.
These are informal sessions, so no formal feedback is required unless attendees offer it.
One or more members of the Catalyst 4 Change/MASH team will always be attending.
Sessions will normally be monthly, but this may sometimes change.
