MASH Monthly 'Meet & Eat' sessions' - Sept to Dec 2026

Thank you to everyone who has participated in our Meet & Eat events over the summer.
We had an excellent turnout, with five successful sessions held at various restaurants across Birmingham throughout July and August. These evening multicultural meal sessions were developed to help alleviate isolation and loneliness. Feedback indicates that participants thoroughly enjoyed the food, relaxed atmosphere, and social interactions and connections that they made.
We are excited to announce that our Meet & Eat sessions are continuing on a monthly basis from late September through to December 2026. The sessions remain open to anyone with lived experience of mental health issues, as well as their carers, friends, and support staff.
